What I collect
If you fill in the enquiry form on this site, I collect the details you choose to give me:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address (optional)
- The unit type you're interested in
If you contact me via WhatsApp, I will see your phone number and the messages you send, as with any normal WhatsApp conversation.
Why I collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry — to send you pricing, floor plans and project information, and to arrange a viewing if you'd like one. I do not sell your data, and I do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
How it is stored
Enquiry details are stored in a private spreadsheet accessible only to me, and in my phone's WhatsApp. Where I need to pass your details to the developer or their appointed sales team in order to register your interest or complete a booking, I will do so only with your knowledge.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to understand how many people visit and which sections they read. This may set cookies in your browser. The data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. If advertising tags are active, they may measure whether a visit came from an advertisement.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry details only as long as needed to assist you, and remove them on request.
Your rights
Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), you may ask me to access, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you, and you may withdraw consent to be contacted. Just message or call me at the number above and I will act on it.

This is an independent agent's website. It is not the official website of the development and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by YTL Land & Development Berhad. Project descriptions, images and floor plans originate from the developer's published marketing materials and remain the property of their respective owners. All details are indicative and subject to change; please verify with official sources before making a purchase decision.
